Proof, not promises

Mature software infrastructure, proven in live operation.

Everything we develop for our clients is built on the technology we run successfully every second: native mobile apps, secure payment flows and dozens of backend services synchronised in the cloud.

What we build

Mobile, web, integrations and AI, all built end to end

No handoffs to a third party halfway through. The same team takes a project from the first sketch to the version running on your customers' phones.

Mobile apps, iOS and Android

One codebase, both stores. We ship fast, offline-tolerant apps people actually keep on their home screen, with reliable push notifications and updates that do not wait for a store review.

  • Published under your own Apple developer account
  • Face ID, Apple Wallet passes, Live Activities
  • TestFlight builds for you from week one
  • App Review handled by us, rejections included

Integrations connected

26 systems, from ANAF to Stripe

100% of what we build stays yours: the code, the database, the store accounts, the infrastructure

First release

Typical time to something you can install

Web platforms

Dashboards, client portals, internal tools and SaaS products. We start with the unglamorous essentials: role permissions, a clear change history and numbers that reconcile at month end.

AI & automation

A copilot that answers questions about your own data, invoices read and filed without anyone typing them, reports that write themselves. It runs inside our own product, so we also know where it gets things wrong.

Who we build for

The domain changes. The engineering doesn't.

We know hospitality and retail best, because we run a platform in both every day. But bookings, stock, invoices and people in the field look the same underneath, whatever the industry is called.

HoReCa

Restaurants & fast food

Tills that keep selling with the internet down, kitchen screens, delivery dispatch and the fiscal paperwork behind all of it.

Retail

Shops & online stores

Stock that matches the shelf, barcodes, receipts, and an online store fed from the same catalogue instead of a second one.

Hospitality

Hotels & guesthouses

Reception, folio, housekeeping and channel manager, with the restaurant bill landing on the right room instead of a paper note.

Fitness

Gyms & studios

Memberships that renew themselves, access control, class schedules, and the shop at the front desk on the same account.

Logistics

Delivery & field teams

Dispatch, courier apps with proof of delivery, cash collected on the road and a route history you can actually audit.

Everything else

Outside our own industry

Clinics, workshops and service businesses. When a domain is new to us, we say so plainly and include the learning in discovery rather than springing a surprise later.

Written for Romania

A software team in Romania. Direct development and support.

No communication barriers and no outsourced support. Our software team is in Romania, close to what this market actually demands. We handle development end to end, guarantee fiscal compliance, and respond immediately to whatever your business needs technically.

Integrations

The systems we've already made talk to each other.

Every one of these is connected in production today, not sitting on a roadmap. Integration work is where most projects quietly lose a month. With us, you do not pay for that month twice.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises on the invoice

You get a fixed scope, a delivery date and a working demo before anything is final. If something has to change during the project, you hear it from us first, not at delivery.

STEP 01

Discovery & scope

We sit down with the people who will actually use the product, map how the business runs today and write down what the software must do. You leave with a scope, a price and a delivery date before a single line of code is written.

STEP 02

Design you can click

Interactive prototypes before development, so you change your mind while it still costs an afternoon.

STEP 03

Build, in the open

Short cycles with something working at the end of each one. A test version from week one, not a demo at the finish line.

HOW WE WORK

What you get, in writing

We put the parts of a software contract that people usually discover too late on the table from the start.

  • Weekly builds you can install and try
  • Automated tests and code review on every change
  • Your data isolated, in your own database
  • The source code is yours, handed over at the end
  • No lock-in. You can walk away with all of it
STEP 04

Launch & maintenance

We publish to the stores, watch the first weeks closely, and stay on for fixes and new features. One team, one phone number, for as long as the product lives.

Working together

Three ways to start.

Pick the one that matches how well you already know what you want. If you pick wrong, we'll say so in the first call rather than after the contract.

You know what you need

Fixed scope

A defined product, a fixed price and a delivery date agreed before development starts.

  • Scope and price written down after discovery
  • A date, not a range
  • Changes quoted separately, never absorbed silently
The product keeps growing

Ongoing team

A monthly engagement where the same people keep building, fixing and releasing.

  • Priorities re-set together every cycle
  • Releases you can install, not status reports
  • Cancel with notice, with no multi-year lock-in
Someone else started it

Rescue & takeover

You have a codebase that stalled, or a developer who moved on. We read it before we promise anything.

  • A written audit of what you actually own
  • Honest call: keep it, or rebuild the part that's rotten
  • Credentials, servers and repos back in your name
Stack

Technology we run in production, not on a slide

We pick boring, proven tools and keep them updated. No framework of the month, nothing you'd have to rewrite in two years.

Our mission

Build software people actually use

Most software fails long before the code does because it solves the problem described in a meeting, not the one people face at seven on a Friday evening. We start by understanding the real work, build the smallest useful solution and put it in front of its users quickly. The result works offline, with a short-staffed team and under pressure. It also stays yours, including the source, data and keys.

The platform, in detail

  • Payments that reconcile. Card, cash and online in one report, with orphaned transactions recovered automatically.
  • Romanian fiscal, solved. Fiscal printers, e-Factura and SPV are included from the start, not left for "phase two".
  • Works when the internet doesn't. Tills keep selling offline and sync the moment the line comes back.
  • One database per client. Your data is never mixed with anyone else's, and you can take it with you at any time.
Ownership

At the end, you hold everything.

Plenty of agencies keep control of the repository, servers and store accounts, making it more expensive to leave than to stay. We list exactly what gets handed over in the contract instead of leaving it as a promise from a meeting.

  • The source code: full history in a repository under your organisation.
  • The database: your own instance, never shared with another client.
  • The store accounts: apps published under your Apple and Google identities.
  • The infrastructure: domains, servers and keys in your name from day one.
  • The documentation: how it runs and how to deploy it, so another team can pick it up.
Before you ask

The questions that come up in every first call.

Who owns the code when we're done?+
You own all of it, including the full commit history in a repository under your own organisation. There is no license to renew and nothing stops working if you stop paying us.
How long until we can install something?+
On a fixed-scope project, about two weeks from kickoff to a first release you can put on a real device. You get test builds from week one, so you're never waiting until the end to see it.
We already have a system. Do we throw it away?+
Usually not. Most of our work connects to something that already exists, such as an ERP, an accounting package or a till. We inspect what you have first and tell you honestly which parts are worth keeping.
What happens after launch?+
We publish to the stores, watch the first weeks closely and stay on for fixes and new features. You keep the same team and the same phone number instead of being handed to a support queue.
Where does our data actually live?+
In a database that belongs to you and holds only your data. Nothing is pooled with another client, and you can take a full export whenever you want, without asking us.
What does it cost?+
It depends on scope, and anyone who gives you a number before understanding the problem is guessing. Discovery ends with a fixed price and a delivery date. If software is not the right answer, we will tell you.
Let's talk

Tell us what you need built

Describe the problem in plain words. We will tell you honestly whether software is the answer, what it would take and roughly what it costs. There is no obligation and no sales script.
